Dining Room Plaque
We’re opening a brand new dining room at our Malvern centre, and we’re searching for a design that will be turned into a plaque to celebrate our new space.
Many of the young people who visit our centre are primary school aged, so it felt only right that they should help shape a small part of it. This competition invites children to design a plaque that will celebrate our new dining room and be displayed for future visitors to enjoy.
Design Requirements
In order for the design to be replicated onto a physical plaque, we have a few requirements that entrants need to adhere to for the plaque to look good! The requirements that need to be met are:
- Bright colours to make your design stand out.
- Fill the whole circle with your drawing so it looks exciting and complete.
- No words or writing – just pictures and patterns.
We’re also encouraging entrants to think about including ideas about Malvern and its nature such as the trees, the hills, animals, and the outdoors!
How to Enter

Once the children have completed their designs, please put them in a large envelope together, posted to the address below.

This is the address of our trusted marketing partners who provide ongoing support and are working closely with us on this competition.
Please post no later than 5th June 2026 so that our judges can ensure no entries have been missed.
Once we’ve received all entries, our judges will carefully look at each entry and decide on a winning design. The winner will then be contacted via the contact details they’ve provided no later than 3rd July 2026.
What happens if you win?
To congratulate the child – and their friends – who created the winning design, they will get to bring their class from school for a day at Boundless Outdoors Malvern Centre. All details of the day will be arranged with the school including date of trip, special requirements, and activity itinerary.
Competition Terms
- By entering this competition, you agree that if your design is selected as the winner, Boundless Outdoors may turn your design into a physical plaque for the new dining room.
- The winning design may be slightly adapted so it works well as a plaque.
- Entries must be the child’s own original artwork.
- A parent or guardian must give permission for the child to enter the competition.
- By entering, you agree that Boundless Outdoors may display the winning design and the child’s first name and school on the plaque or in promotional materials (such as social media or the website).
- All entries become the property of Boundless Outdoors and may be used for display or promotional purposes.
- Entries must be submitted by 5th June 2026.
- The winner will be chosen by the Boundless Outdoors team and the decision is final.
