Most venues give you the room for a few hours. At Boundless, you get the whole site from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. Time to set everything up exactly as you want it, celebrate properly with the people you love, and wake up the next day with the people you love.  

We host weddings at two woodland venues in Worcestershire: Bell Heath, set in ancient woodland near Belbroughton, and our Malvern centre, in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and home to the newly opened Canopy dining and events space. Both are available on an exclusive hire basis, with on-site accommodation included in your hire price.

Celebrate under the trees

Canapés in the woodland, a long table banquet in the dining room, a BBQ on the field or rustic jacket potatoes round the campfire: the food is entirely up to you. Bring your own caterers who can use our full kitchen on site, work with ours, or somewhere in between. A Boundless wedding doesn’t lock you into supplier lists, no restricted menus, no rules about who you use. 

And we never charge corkage. Prosecco towers, home-brewed ale, an outdoor gin bar, elderflower fizz from the garden: we welcome all of this. You apply for your own Temporary Event Notice to serve alcohol, which costs around £21 and is straightforward to arrange. Just let us know and we can point you in the right direction.

Dance. Rain or shine.

Both venues offer a room for up to 100 guests alongside outdoor spaces, a woodland terrace and covered areas, so whatever the weather, the party carries on. The space is yours to dress exactly as you like, and you have all of Friday afternoon to do it. 

When it comes to music, the choice is entirely yours. A DJ who fills the dancefloor, a live band who know every song your guests will want to sing along to or something a little more personal. Perhaps a family member you know could sing the perfect rendition of your first dance, or a playlist you have spent months curating together. There are no approved entertainment lists and no one telling you what works best in the space. If it feels right for your day, it is right. Please ask us about out TENS licence options when making your enquiry.  

Whatever you choose, the dancefloor is yours until 11pm, so make every song count. And when the music ends, the campfire is waiting, the stars are out and the people you love are right there beside you. 

Stay the night. All of you.

No one ever wants to leave a good wedding and at Boundless, they don’t have to. On-site accommodation is included in your hire price at both venues, so there are no taxis to book, no hotel bills to worry about and no one disappearing at midnight. 

Bell Heath sleeps up to 76 guests in the main centre. Add the private Woodland Cottage for the newly married couple: it sleeps 6 to 8 and has a wood-fired hot tub, a little apart from the main site for some well-earned peace and quiet. Glamping options are also available at Bell Heath for larger parties. 

Malvern accommodation is in our main hall and chalet, where we have 18 beds. Further accommodation can be hired for an additional cost and can sleep up to 116 guests. This hire option would enable your entire wedding party to stay together from Friday night to Sunday morning. Wake up in the hills, have breakfast together and ease into married life at your own pace.

Off-peak at Bell Heath: from £2,500 

For weddings between September and March, Bell Heath is available from £2,500 inc VAT. Same exclusive access, same accommodation, same freedom.  

Wedding ceremony

Many of our couples use the freedom of a Boundless wedding to create something that feels truly theirs: an outdoor blessing in the woodland, a moment to say in their own words how much they mean to each other, or simply a gathering of the people they love in a place that feels special. Whatever feels right to you, this is the place to do it. 

At the moment, neither venue holds a wedding ceremony licence, so couples register at their local register office and celebrate here. We are looking into the possibility of this and will update our website if, and when, this becomes available to our couples.  

Make a weekend of it

The venue is yours from Friday afternoon, which means the wedding day itself is only part of the story. Use Friday evening for a relaxed pre-wedding gathering: a dinner with close family, a casual drinks reception, or everyone around the campfire, stargazing and dreaming of a happy future together. 

Friday is also the perfect time for the wedding party to unwind before the big day. Bring in outside services to help everyone relax and feel their best: a mobile beauty team, a visiting barber, massage therapists, or a stargazing expert to help you find the constellations above you as the fire crackles and the marshmallows toast. 

Then comes Saturday. The decorations are up; the people you love are all in one place and the day you have been planning is finally here. Celebrate under the trees, dance in the hall, raise a glass under the stars. Every moment of it yours. 

And on Sunday morning, after breakfast, when no one is quite ready to go home, why not bolt on some fun activities for a couple of hours. Send your guests off with something to remember, archery in the woods, a go on the zip wire, a climb or a high ropes challenge. Brilliant fun for guests of all ages. 

The weekend truly is yours to make your own.  

We charge outdoor activities out at an additional £490 per group for 3-hour sessions; please just ask when making your enquiry.
