Safeguarding courses

Safeguarding – Level 3

Safeguarding is how we can protect children, young people and vulnerable adults from abuse.  Abuse is can be seen as verbal or physical abuse, however, it is also identified as neglect by the actions, or lack of actions, of another person. In order to safeguard and protect persons from abuse or neglect, we need to learn how to identify vulnerable individuals.  It is also our duty to take the necessary steps to stop abuse and neglect.

This Level 3 Safeguarding Course is designed for everybody, irrespective of the field that you are directly involved in.  The course aims to give you the tools and knowledge in order to make a difference to a vulnerable person’s life. It will also let the practitioner reporting the abuse know how they can safeguard themselves in their everyday work while seeking help and reporting the incident identified.

This is a 1-day classroom-based safeguarding course. Upon successful completion of the qualification assessment, you will be awarded an Ofqual National Level 3 Award.
